How to Order

As Easy as 1-2-3!

Ordering a background check from CRC is as easy as 1-2-3:

Download and print the forms in the CRC Forms Package below;
Send us the completed (signed) forms by fax or e-mail; then
Make your payment online using PayPal.

Once we receive your signed consent forms, we will send you an invoice by e-mail for $33.89 including HST for each individual. You can conveniently pay your invoice online using a major credit card or bank account through PayPal's secure Web site. You can then expect the results of your background check within 1 business day.

The CRC Forms Package

You will need to complete each form in this section to initiate a background check. Each form is in Adobe PDF format and requires the free Adobe Reader to view and print.

Consent To Disclosure Form

This authorizes CRC to search for criminal convictions associated with the applicant. It also authorizes our law enforcement agency to release the Clearance Report or any Police Information to CRC. All information is collected and disclosed according to Section 29(1) and 32 of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

ATTENTION: POSITIVE IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW.
New Mandatory regulations by the RCMP require 2 pieces of valid ID, 1 must be photo ID. Check the Required ID page on the Menu Bar. The RCMP also requires that the only acceptable ID must contain ALL your given names and that the Consent to Diclosure form below must contain ALL your given names and they must match EXACTLY.
