The RCMP
has implemented changes to the way all Third Party
Companies in Canada perform Criminal Background
Checks (CPIC).
All
clients across the country will have to fill out the
new CPIC Consent To Disclosure form on our web site
on the How To Order page.
.
All Third Party Corporations cannot
perform Vulnerable Sector Screening checks
until further notice by the RCMP.
Local police stations are, for the moment, the only
places that can perform the Vulnerable Sector Screening
checks.
The changes to our CPIC checks are as follows:
1) We will require
at least one Valid Photo ID ( Passport, Driver’s
Licence or a number of other photo ID’s which
are on the list below). All driver's licences need
to be scanned front
and back (not
faxed) to clearly show the expiry date. The
ID’s need to be clearly scanned and send to
us via email.
2) Should you not possess two valid photo ID’s
you can use a valid secondary ID from the list below.
( Birth Certificate, etc.)
3) The Request Form has to be witnessed preferably
by a representative of the company or organization
to confirm the signature on the request is the same
as the one on the ID’s presented
